for Sunday that takes 10 minutes or less to cook. Well readers,
here you go and in under 8 minutes.

Chef Joseph
8 Minute Seafood Pasta Toss.
Olive Oil 5 tablespoons -- 1/2 medium red onion diced
Smoked garlic
chopped (Found In most stores) 1 tablespoon
Fresh lemon pepper pasta 12 oz uncooked
Seafood Melody Shrimp Lobster Sealegs brand mix (cooked). 12 oz ( If you can not find the shrimp and lobster mix, use 6 oz packages of each .
Fresh Thyme 3 tablespoons -- Touch of Balsamic vinegar

1) Prepare water for pasta per package instructions
2) Heat oil in large sauté pan.
3) Add garlic and onions to pan and lightly brown garlic.
4) Add seafood toss and heat. Place to the side.
5) Cook pasta for no longer than 2 minutes in boiling water
6) Strain pasta and add to mixture in sauté pan, along with the thyme and toss and heat.
7) Add a dash of the vinegar to personal taste and serve.
